Responsibilities

Prime Function:

Process Improvement
Responsible overall about technical issues in each process
Implement new system or technology customer that customer may require in the future
Take care of specific prototypes and product (defined by the Manager Electronic Division)

Responsibility:

Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
Ensure that you have been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace.
Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
Gathering data quantifying production efficiency. Evaluating available technologies and resources in order to develop achievable process improvement goal for specific mass production and new products in terms of time, cost reduction and production yield.
Coordinating with Manufacturing and Operations functions to identify potential process, equipment and skill-set inefficiencies or obsolete.
Evaluating complex manufacturing processes and equipment to identify and recommend machinery upgrades that could increase efficiency or quality.
Leading efforts to evaluate raw or unfinished good; strong analysis; recommending effective ways to improve the quality of finished products and/or minimize production process waste.
Leading and provide all customer required documents for new products (DFMA, DFMEA, PPAP, etc.) and for specific mass productions (PFMEA, DFMA, Cpk study, MSA, and Process/Machine qualification).
Collaborate with GPVA internal team and customer to provide feedback, provide input of 8-D report, compile FAI/Qualification report, etc.
Supervise new entry or junior level (Process Engineer) about process jobs as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic engineering, Manufacturing System Engineer or related filed (Master preferred).
Strong knowledge on FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC ISO/16949.
Experience minimum 5 years in Electronics Manufacturing or 3 years in process PCBA field.
Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logic thinking and well understand on PSDM (Problem Solving and Decision Making).
Good command in spoken and written English (TOEIC score ≥ 650).
