

- Manage retail credit department to purchase good quality customer within short turnaround time
- Cooperate with Risk management and Collection department to update credit policy and credit tools
- Cooperate with Risk management to develop Application Scoring tool
- Manage Settlement & Registration department to have efficiency process accuracy to maximize customer and dealer satisfaction
- Coach team to have better knowledge and good teamwork
- Continuously consider department structure to support any changes in term of process or any regulatory changes
- Ensure work in assigned departments in compliance with laws and regulations i.e. NCB, Consumer Protection Act, etc
- Take responsibility to any assigned jobs
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Field
- Good command of English
- At least 10 years management experience in related credit fields from finance company or banking
- Strong leadership skills with great team player and team building
- Proven process improvement skills
