- Support and manage all legal related work in relation to the company’s business in order to protect the company’s rights and benefits and prevent any legal in-compliant risks, including but not limited to:
- Support any compliance or audit review
- Review and draft all type of contracts, as well as contact governmental offices
- Liaise with other Legal Division for any related legal and company’s matters
- Conduct research on legal issues and provide knowledge and awareness to management, colleagues, group companies, business partners and related suppliers or service providers
- Update and educate other departments of related new laws or regulations
- Provide legal advice to and cooperate with other departments and all group companies including other affiliates worldwide
- Support other departments to apply legal advice to their daily operation.
- Interpret laws, legal documents and agreements, Translate related legal documents to Thai or English
- Manage and secure all required business licences and privileges
- Evaluate risks and prepare countermeasures.
- Complete all assignments as shall be assigned by superior.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- At least 5 - 8 years’ experience in Corporate Legal, and/or law firms, Lawyer license preferred
- Experience in contract drafting and reviewing
- Experience in corporate and commercial laws
- Legal Area Experience to be considered;
- Corporate laws
- Joint venture/Strategic partnership agreements including agreements with manufacturers/suppliers/Distributor/franchise
- Consumer Protection laws
- Advertising, Marketing/Sales and consumer issues
- Commercial Contracts
- Procurement
- Competition law/regulatory matters
- Knowledge in the following area will be a plus;
- Basic Intellectual property
- Basic employment and labor matters
- Basic Property laws
- Environmental Law
- Mature, energetic, positive attitude, adaptable, fast response with result-driven
- Strong business acumen. Service-minded, well-organized with detail-oriented person
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken (TOEIC score of 700+ is required)
- Able to work at Nissan Bangna-Trad KM.22 in occasionally and able to drive
