Responsibilities

Purpose :To manage the assigned territory to achieve sales target by providing product benefits and value-added information and services to all potential customers.

Job Description :

Manage the assigned territory to achieve sales target by providing product benefits and value-added information and services to all potential customers, including execute measures as nominated by Sales Manager / Business Unit Head.
Enlist and distribute the assigned products to cover targeted drugstores in territory, ensure trade promotions and promotional material are on display and placed correctly, confirm any special pricing.
Maximize product distribution, shelf positioning, and merchandising as determined by managers, and related with marketing plans.
Utilize CRM system for customer visiting plans to meet agreed target, maintain an agreed call rate and frequency.
Submit monthly reports on agreed timeline with supporting competitor and industry activities.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree.
At least 2 years’ experience as OTC Sales Representative and field background.
Background in sales and trade marketing
Experience in Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health products are advantage.
Full understanding of media landscape as well as retail environment in respective market
Proven track record of marketing success, for example strong marketing / advertising Campaign development, etc.
Good communication skills, Strong negotiation and influencing skills, Strong presentation skills
