PROJECT COORDINATOR
Project Coordinator will work with their assigned Project Manager to help achieve their respective project management objectives. This position reports directly to the assigned Project Manager
- On-Site Project Management (if needed)
To be attached with Project Manager (if needed) for visiting customer and meeting with customer.
To cooperate with Project Manager in accordance with daily/weekly/monthly/yearly activities or schedule that need for adherence
- Project Schedule Adherence
To assist Project Manager to follow up with task schedule that need to be carry out to avoid any mistake by overdue. In additional, set up working plan together with Project manager and create action to report Management level
- Meeting Minutes and Documentation
To assist Project Manager to summarize and create Minute of Meeting (if needed) and centered the documents
To assist Project Manager for negotiation and discussion with suppliers for other projects
To assist and support Project Manager in term of documentation, administration and other related to other projects
Handle all process of import and export and coordination between shipping and customers
