Responsibilities

We are looking for qualified candidates to join our TOKIN team

We are currently hiring for 2 positions within the same department. While both roles are part of the same functional area, each has a distinct set of responsibilities.

Key Responsibility for Shipping & Order Coordinator Position :

Responsible for receiving customer orders and managing the shipping process of Ta Capacitors (THK)
Review customer requirements and ensure alignment with the sales system
Operate and manage order and shipping processes through the Oracle system
Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
Coordinate with logistics providers and forwarder companies for packing and shipping preparation
Prepare packing lists and invoice data to submit to NECL or forwarders for advance flight bookings according to the confirmed delivery schedule
Control and monitor daily shipping instructions and coordinate with the Planning team for inventory checks to ensure timely delivery
Maintain appropriate inventory stock levels for Ta Capacitors according to targets
Communicate with the warehouse (Finished Goods) and logistics providers to ensure the export shipment plan is carried out smoothly
Support other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Key Responsibility for Shipping & Order Coordinator Position :

Strengthen materials planning and management processes to support production expansion
Monitor material consumption, usage, and any changes in application (especially SC – Super Capacitor materials)
Manage and control all aspects of materials planning and demand forecasting to ensure continuous and timely supply for production
Oversee and optimize annual inventory targets in coordination with SFG and material inventory projects
Manage and control materials used for Super Capacitors
Coordinate with NECL to manage the material warehouse and ensure all materials are stored in good condition
Follow up on pilot tests for each new lot of SC materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Economics, Marketing or a related field.

• Gain 500 scores of TOEIC would be an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in order processing, shipping coordination is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Oracle or similar order management systems is preferred but not required.

• Outstanding teamwork skills
