- Maintain and control testability to keep production continuing.
- Identifies and resolves assigned product yield, productivity, quality and reliability problems to achieve the company's target.
- Leverage Productivity, Quality, Cycle time and all other manufacturing aspects to contribute company's success.
- Qualifies new products/processes to enable production startup.
- Resolves technical problems to ensure smooth operation.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics engineering or other related fields
- Programming: C/C++ and other related.
- 0-2 years’ experience in the Semiconductor electronics industry or related field
- Good personal attitude.
- Ability in Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in systematic thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to present alternative solutions to problems.
- Capable of working under high-pressure situations.
- Good at written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Computer software (MS Office, Power BI, ) is a must.
