Responsibilities

Ensure adherence of Work front is maintaining accurately.
Manage and execute end to end of New Product Development are delivered on-time FPR, (Final Product Review) to PS (Production Start.)
Calibrate information alignment such as Tool ETA, Deco T/O, Packaging H/O and identify escalate process provided supplement information to leadership team.
Identifying, mitigating potential schedule risks and communication with all stakeholders, such as design, tooling, quality ensuring the project is delivered and suggests the best approach to maximize efficiency.
Work closely with PPIC team on shop floor scheduling to ensure New Project Development is being produced with proper option.
Take accountability for monitoring and analyzing actual performance vs plan and provide periodic New Product Development analysis for further business improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IE or Supply Chain field.
At least 5 years experiences in production / planning of a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skill, Ability to network with people
Teamworking and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Numeracy skills and proficiency using IT
Good organization skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to cope with the pressure of having to make important decisions and meet tight deadlines
The capability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
Entrepreneurial spirit, Commercial awareness, Leadership attributes
Have professional Supply chain certificate will be an advantage for consideration
