ช่างบริการอาวุโส ประจำศูนย์บริการหลังการขาย ( สำนักงานรัชดาภิเษก)
ตำแหน่งนี้รับผิดชอบในการให้ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาผลิตภัณฑ์ทางโทรศัพท์ การเข้าบริการตามสถานที่ที่ลูกค้าได้แจ้งไว้โดยทำการจัดงานบริการในพื้นที่ที่รับมอบหมาย ให้บรรลุถึงวัฒถุประสงค์คุณภาพที่ได้กำหนดเพื่อความพึงพอใจ การขายอะไหล่ ณ จุดขาย เช่น ที่สำนักงานหรือบ้านลูกค้า รวมถึงการให้ความรู้และอบรมช่างในทีม
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- จัดการงานการให้บริการในเขตศูนย์บริการและปริมณฑล เพื่อให้การบริการลูกค้าได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์
- การสาธิตการติดตั้ง หรือ แก้ไขปัญหา รวมถึงการให้การอบรมให้กับหน่วยงานต่างๆภายในและลูกค้า
- รวมในการจัดทำรายงานผลการบริการอันมีผลต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ และประสานงานกับฝ่ายคุณภาพของแต่ละผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อให้รู้ถึงปัญหาและการแก้ไขปัญหา
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
- วุฒิด้าน ปวช. ปวส. ด้านช่างก่อสร้าง ไฟฟ้า อิเล็คทรอนิคส์
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านช่างก่อสร้าง หรือช่างไฟฟ้า อย่างน้อย 8 ปี
- อายุระหว่าง 30-40 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบสุขาภิบาล เช่น งานประปา งานสุขภัณฑ์
- มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน
- มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพอใช้ (อ่าน เขียน)
- สามารถขับขี่มอเตอร์ไซด์ หรือ รถยนต์ พร้อมกับมีใบขับขี่ยานพาหนะ
