About Company

The Group operates in Thailand through the Safran Cabin site located in Lamphun, Northern Thailand. The manufacturing site specializes in electrical inserts such as espresso makers, microwave, convection and combi ovens, chillers and trash compactors.

In addition, the Lamphun site is a preferred metal manufacturing location for Safran‘s other businesses. The facility delivers full turnkey processed metal and plastics for its internal customers, and is AS9100 certified.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all import and export shipments, including waste, chemical, and scrap logistics.
Handle all inbound shipments and coordinate with relevant departments.
Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, liners, airlines, shipping agents, employees, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth shipment flow and compliance with regulations.
Prepare and verify shipping invoices and packing lists for domestic and international shipments.
Monitor and manage finished goods inventory, including cycle counting and stock accuracy.
Ensure accurate storage and archiving of all shipping data and documentation.
Take ownership of special or ad-hoc shipment assignments as required.
Handle all necessary permissions and reporting including IEAT, DFT, and DIW compliance.
Ensure on-time delivery (COTD) by coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidential records related to invoicing and shipping.
Provide support for export audits and ensure readiness for compliance checks.
Analyze departmental processes, report insights, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure alignment with company targets.
Maintain up-to-date sales and freight reports for both import and export operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting or business administration or other Fields with curriculum concerning with logistic
Experience in shipping field 2 years minimum.
Organized, self-oriented, and enthusiastic.
Ability to work collaborative with individuals in the organization in a team environment.
Strong computer skill.
Good command of English.
