- Overviews Sale invoices/ Manual sale invoices/ Debit-Credit by Daily
- Prepared Monthly Sale VAT report for submit the revenue Dept.
- Record and prepare payment Logistics cost of freight out expense by invoicing and analysis.
- Follow up customer to make payment on due and monitoring delayed payment and other irregularities.
- AR-IC confirmation by monthly / by Quarter in ICS system and pre confirm with IC by monthly via email.
- Revaluation FX rate of Sales/ Account Receivable.
- Responsibility to prepare weekly, monthly sales report submitted to SAFRAN group.
- Ensure data entries in system for month end closing.
- Issue invoice, debit note and credit note for sale scrap.
- Reconcile detailed balance sheet and PL report with ledger (“GL”)
- Processing reconciliation data in ERP system.
- Responsibility to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to month end close schedule.
- Reconciliation zero account.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Taking care of personnel safety, tidiness and cleanliness in the work place.
- Emphasize the 5S discipline in daily working.
- Record and prepare payment for NON-PO expenses on a weekly basis.
- Reverse journal vouchers entry and reconcile on a monthly basis.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Good command in English.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, VAT regulations, international trade and logistics.
- Ability to perform analysis and basic communication in English.
- Work experience (1–3 years) as an Accounts Receivable or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with accounting software.
