Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Payable Management:
- Record and manage accounts payable transactions related to domestic and international transportation expenses, including freight and shipping costs.
2. Landed Cost Calculation:
- Compute landed cost estimates and actual costs, ensuring accurate allocation of expenses to inventory.
- Reconciliation & Adjustments:
3. Reconcile inventory costs and adjustments, ensuring stock valuation accuracy.
4. Perform accounts payable reconciliations with overseas creditors.
5. Ensure correct allocation of cost components and provide necessary adjustments.
6. Stock & Inventory Control:
- Monitor and improve inventory stock adjustments.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and coordinate year-end stock counts.
7. Rebate Inventory Management:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records for rebate inventory and support financial reporting.
