Your responsibilities could encompass various areas within our Marketing team, including Product Development, Digital Marketing, Academic Relations, and Marketing Communication.

You will have the opportunity to work on impactful products such as JOBTOPGUN, YOU SAY/ HR SAY, and Super Resume, which have a significant public impact by assisting millions of job seekers in finding job opportunities.
Our next exciting endeavor involves re-innovating Super Resume to provide job seekers with a holistic platform for showcasing their abilities. Our aim is to make Super Resume widely recognized and adopted as a standard in recruiting practices.
Furthermore, we are thrilled to be working on our newest product, Saywana, a groundbreaking professional network that promotes true and meaningful connections, the first of its kind in Thailand.

Main responsibilities
1. Product Ownership & Strategy
- Take full ownership of assigned products, driving their vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to identify areas for product improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with the IT, design, and marketing teams to define and prioritize features that enhance user experience and adoption.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams for your product.
- Build partnerships with universities, corporate clients, and industry leaders to expand the product’s reach.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product features and ensure successful launches.
3. Marketing & User Growth
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and engagement.
- Work with the digital marketing team to optimize SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing for product visibility.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve product-market fit.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between business, technology, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of product development.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and ensure product success.
- Communicate product goals, updates, and performance insights to senior management.
5. Academic Relations & University Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, faculties, and student organizations to promote awareness and adoption of our platforms, especially Super Resume and Saywana.
- Develop and execute academic engagement strategies, including internship programs, guest lectures, workshops, and campus events that position our products as industry-leading tools.
- Collaborate with professors and career services departments to integrate our solutions into university career development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for co-creation or joint research projects that align with our mission of transforming job seeking and recruitment in Thailand.
- Represent the company at academic events, job fairs, and university roadshows to build employer brand presence and establish long-term partnerships.
