Responsibilities

Plan training schedule according to plan, follow the training plan and instructions of Training Manager to implement
Train all new and old staff about facial and body treatment, including the use of tools and products and treatment methods
Train all related teams about new product launch with appropriate training documents
Prepare sales documents for new treatments to meet work standards for the team on the training day
Follow up and enhance the standards of facial and body therapists, focusing on work skills and product knowledge skills
Continuously evaluate the progress of work in existing treatments through training reviews with the trainer manual
Test and follow up on the performance of Facial, Body, Hair Therapists to train their skills to be professional
Responsible for sourcing new products and Beauty machine and equipment to be used for developing new treatments
Act as a brand ambassador, leading by being a role model for the brand image

Requirements

Age 40 and above
Bachelors degree in Thai traditional medicine or related fields
Knowledge of anatomy and holistic body
Able to teach facial massage, body massage, including spa and wellness treatment tools
At least 2-3 years of experience in Spa and Wellness
Skills and expertise in using facial and body Machine and Equipment
Able to travel to teach in each branch
Good presentation and communication skills
Motivated and enthusiastic about work
Responsible for duties and able to submit work on time
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
