Accounting Officer, Corporate Administration Division (Head Office, Bangkok)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and proactive Accounting Officer to join our team at the Head Office in Bangkok. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting functions, tax compliance, and financial reconciliation. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, process, and reconcile invoices in accordance with company policies

• Ensure accurate and timely posting of invoices to support monthly closing activities

• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and liaise with banks as necessary

• Follow up with customers and coordinate with the sales department regarding overdue payments

• Prepare and submit VAT output reports (Form PP30) in compliance with tax regulations

• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents for audits

• Provide general accounting support and perform other duties as assigned

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantage

Qualifications

• Gender: Female

• Age: 25 years and above

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in general accounting, taxation, or related functions

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
