Responsibilities

Marketing Associate is responsible for execute sales & marketing operations, develop new customers by customer approach to increase company sales, control and execute marketing activity to increase brand awareness. He/she will need to drive B2B sales by identifying and approaching new customers. Collaborate closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. This role is key to expanding our company’s presence across the regional supply chain.

Responsibilities

Conducts market research to identify new challenge/opportunities (domestic/oversea).
Finding and qualifying potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, business matching and referrals
Establishing new leads, customer approach, closing deals, and ensuring smooth job handover to related division.
Preparing company presentation file to approach customer
Collaborating with cross function (other divisions, Company branch in other countries)
Generate and propose the idea for marketing activities
Control and execute marketing activity that promote brand awareness and generate leads
Collaborate with the product development team/ other divisions to align marketing messages with product features
Maintain, update, and analyze marketing data, customer lists.
Keeping detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions
Prepare and present monthly reports to manager
Assist in managing relationships with external partners as needed
Participate in team meetings and provide status updates on projects and tasks
Brainstorming with the team for sales & marketing problem solving
Preforms other related duties as superior needed

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
At least 2 years experience in sales or marketing roles
Good negotiation skill
Good service mind
Good command of English (TOEIC 550+)
Able to work at Chonburi
Able to work on some Saturdays (not over 2 days per month depending on company calendar)
