Responsibilities

Procurement Control Associate is responsible for issuing purchase orders to suppliers domestics/overseas, managing delivery schedule to ensure alignment with the required schedule from customer/Procurement control, This role involves coordinating with suppliers and related parties ensuring compliance with company and import regulations, verify schedule timely and reasonable cost while maintaining standards of service quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

Perform oversea and domestics purchasing and Sale activities for Domestics customers
Communicating with oversea suppliers and Domestics customer to ensure smooth operation and maintain good relationship with all business partners.
Coordinate and arrange domestic and import shipments according to customer demand.
Coordinate among team for information sharing to make a mutual understanding and report potential problem to team member and superior.
Summarize Sale or Purchase report to understand actual profitability compare vs plan.
Tracking all orders, shipments since order until delivery at warehouses.
Manage customer/suppliers requirement or complaints and provide suitable solution to make result that benefit to every parties.
Provide monthly Sale and Inventory analysis report
Pricing control
Action plan as per assignment

Requirements

Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
Experienced in Import - Export would be advantage
Experience in working in multi-national trading company would be advantages
Good Excel skill would be advantage
Able to work on some Saturdays (not over 2 days per month depending on company calendar)
Good command of English Skill (TOEIC 550+)
