(QSR) Key Account Executive / (QSR) Sales Executive

• Business Development
o Identify and target potential clients in the QSR, food service, and related sectors.
o Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Account Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
o Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
o Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals profitably.
• Sales Execution
o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
o Plan and execute promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
o Ensure on-time product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Market Intelligence
o Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market conditions.
o Provide feedback to management for product improvement and business opportunities.
• Reporting
o Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
o Submit timely reports on sales performance and pipeline updates.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in QSR, FMCG, foodservice, or related industry.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the QSR and foodservice landscape is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (if role requires travel).
