• Manage export sales and distribution in assigned area in order to assure value and volume target are met.
• Working closely with key distributors for business development, promotional and marketing activities and discussing the results in order to drive performance.
• Monitoring client orders and product specification and overseeing team cooperation with internal departments and external parties, including production planning, R&D, Logistics, external supplier and others.
• Develop new market opportunities, conduct comprehensive market research, identify trends, opportunities and develop effective market entry strategy.
• Overseeing and dealing with customer complaints and finding ways to resolve their problem.
• Supervise and mentor the export sales team to achieve company goals
• Attending and organizing sales promotional events and exhibitions.
