• Develop and execute health and safety plans at the property / building according to legal guidelines.
• Prepare and enforce all policies related to safety and security to establish a culture of safety in the workplace.
• Evaluate the practices, procedures, and related tools/equipment/ facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
• Manage, control, and follow up the safety of our tenants & customers in compliance with the safety standards
• Control and monitor the work of security personnel, assess, comply with requirements.
• Contact and coordinate with police enforcement in case of any crime in the property.
• Ensure first aid, occupational health facilities, resources, equipment, and consumables are provided and maintained to all requirements.
