Responsibilities

1. Document Management

• Prepare and review construction-related documents such as work progress reports, work plans, invoices, etc.

• Record and store documents according to established standards.

• Manage document approvals from various departments and ensure the accuracy of the information.

2. Cost Management of the Project

• Evaluate and control the project budget according to the work plan.

• Assist in analyzing and reporting expenses to defined budget.

• Prepare reports comparing estimated budgets to actual expenditures.

• Review and issue invoices to clients or contractors and follow-up or tracking payment.

3. Support Construction sites

• Assist the construction team in preparing and managing related documents and reports.

• Review and coordinate with stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, and contractors, on documents related to construction activities.

4. Monitoring Safety and Quality Control of the Project

• Participate in monitoring and tracking the construction work to ensure it meets safety requirement project timelines and quality standards.

• Support the team in resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.

• Assist in preparing job end report.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.

• Good English communication skills both written and verbal.

• Proficient in basic computer software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Auto CAD, Sketch up, MS Project and PowerPoint.

• Understanding of document management processes and budget control.

• Having 2-3 years’ experience in construction (Fresh grad with strong willing to learn new things is welcome).
