Responsibilities

Project Planning: Understand the purpose/goals of the development model, resource limitation, and work to create and adjust the appropriate development plan, propose and implement measures to prevent any problems that may occur in the future. Collaborate with internal and external teams among Honda Group to promote the project activities.
Resource Management: Forecast and allocate necessary resource (Direct, Indirect cost) according to project requirements to ensure that all resources are used efficiently, and monitor, improve, coordinate, and adjust to ensure that everything is utilize as planned.
Part arrangement: Knowledge of basic part, DWG, production process for arrangement Mass production part and Prototype part supply to development team. Collect information of parts, making plan, arrangement, control, adjustment, problem countermeasure until development finish.

Requirements

Education: Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering

Experience: 0-3 years

Language Ability: JLPT N5 up and TOEIC score of 500 up

Skills: Strong communication skills

Preference: Interest in motorcycles and power products.
