Responsibilities ;
• Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
• Managing Payroll Process and HR Monthly reports
• Manage HRIS System
• HR Projects Management such as Flex Ben , KPI Tracking
• Manage Salary Structure & Bonus
Qualifications ;
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
• At least 7 years’ experience in HRM field
• knowledge of Labor Law, payroll and compensation & benefits
• Experience in conducting salary and benefits survey is plus
• Strong customer service ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills
• Good computerized skills with solid knowledge of all standard software, internet, email and social networks
• Strong in MS Excel , Power BI is plus
