1. Managing all aspects of Corporate Finance and Project Finance facilities (bank loans) which are;
- Compiling all details for the operating budget on monthly and yearly basis.
- Managing the operating budget to be complied with accounting standard.
- Managing the operating budget to be consist with Shareholders’ policy and procedures
- Projecting and managing monthly cash-flow.
- Analyzing company’s cash flow/budget and report to supervisor if shortfall is foreseen.
- Making drawdown of related facilities from lenders as per financial plan, and operating budget.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliances with covenants of loan documents.
- Handling various day-to-day inquiries from Lenders, Lenders’ Advisors, the Facility Agent and
the Security Agent.
- Handling of all consents/waiver from lenders by compiling information/attachments from related
department, translate them into English, drafting and submitting it to the Facility Agent.
- Preparing the official correspondence letters between company, Lenders, Lenders’ Advisors, the
Facility Agent and the Security Agent.
- Reconciling all amounts due to be paid to lenders and EPC contractors, including interest
payment, hedging payment, principal payment, etc.
- Preparing monthly cash flow record and reconciling bank statement.
- Supporting on execution of all hedging as per financial plan/policy / process.
- Maintaining report of loan and payments to various business partners including Lenders, EPC
contractor, Owners’ Advisor and Lenders’ Advisor.
- Coordinating among project relevant department for any up-to-date necessary project
information/progress/status to Lenders, Lenders’ Advisors, the Facility Agent and the Security
Agent.
- Preparing the Additional Assignment of securities on Project Agreements if any executed and
submitted to company.
- Compiling all information relating to construction monthly report including EPC progress
report/status of license and permits/sales status/financial status/O&M mobilization and
submitting to Lenders’ Technical Advisor and the Facility Agent.
- Maintain contacts with Owners’ advisor, bankers, Lenders, Lenders’ Advisors, the Facility
Agent, and the Security Agent.
2. Assisting to manage operating budget, cash management, and loan agreement, and insurance
coverage.
3. Verifying for the memorandum and relevant payment documents.
4. Managing the issuance of guarantee bonds related to the Project Agreement.
5. Assisting the Finance Supervisor and Accounting Manager with planning, monitoring and reporting of
operating budget.
6. Assisting to manage the Operating Insurance Policy, Third Party Liability and other policy required
under facility agreement.
7. Supporting the requested due diligence documents requested to shareholders’ advisor.
8. Other assignments as required by Finance Supervisor, Accounting and Finance Manager.
