The Univentures (UV) Group has moved to be a unified holding company structure since early 2009. The business operations of the Company, subsidiary companies and joint companies are

1. Real Estate Business

- Residential

To pursue the strategy to grow in property development, the company has expanded its investment in residential condominiums development for sales via Grand Unity Development Company Limited (Grand U). The Company has increased holdings from 33 percent to be a major shareholder of 60 percent. With the successful portfolio of projects under development 7 projects, value 4,600 Baht million, the Grand U started to re-launch the new "U concepts of practical living" i.e. location, design, price. Presently, there are 3 projects under development and for sales, namely Park View Vipavadee 4 Project, U Sabai Project (Rama 4 - Kluay Nam Thai) and Bangsue U Delight. For housing development, the company has participated in newly set up, Prinventures Company Limited, in which the Company is a shareholder of 49 percent. The projects which are now being developed and sold are single detached house and town house located in the northeast of Bangkok under "The European Town Onnuj Project" nearby Suvarnabhumi International Airport and north of Bangkok under "The Northern Town Rangsit Project".

- Commercial

In 2007, the Company acquired the lease of land at Ploenchit - Wireless Road Intersection which is located in the prime CBD of Bangkok city. The Lertrattakarn Company Limited, in which the Company holds 100 percent, is set up to develop the prestige project mixed use of office and hotel. The Park Ventures, the Ecoplex on Withayu, comprises a 33 storey building. The project is developed under the philosophy of green and environmental friendly. 2. Manufacturing Business

The zinc oxide manufacturing, an original main business since the Company was founded, was restructured to be operated under the Thai - Lysaght Company Limited (TL) which the Company holds 100 percent. The product of zinc oxide powder is one of major compounds to be used in tire, animal foods, rubber, ceramic, etc. TL has been ranked as number one of market shares in term of sales, volume and quality.

3. Energy Business

In 1999, the Company has foreseen the potential of renewable and alternative energy business. Though the fuel price was not yet increased at that time, the Company has invested 32 percent in the Excellent Energy International Company Limited (EEI) with an objective to implement energy saving concepts in Thailand. Due to the ample of market opportunity, the Company set up Esco Ventures Company Limited (EV) in year 2005 to provide turn-key energy saving scheme for business that concern their inefficiency of energy consumption i.e. EEI and EV jointly provide engineering management and energy conservation consultant services with option of guarantee saving. 4. Consultant and Management businesses

By pursuing new property investment and development for companies under holding structure, the wholly own entities i.e. Univentures Consulting Company Limited and Univentures Asset Management Company Limited provide financial and investment consultant services.

5. Other business

Forward System Company Limited (FS), a solely distributor of AMANO brand from Japan and CEDA access control from Italy, has been operated in providing access control equipments. FS has successfully launched the "One Smart Touch" access control products i.e. entrance/exit control system, passenger lift and car park control system equipment.
