• Analyze and evaluate the maintenance of the building assembly system all related to be used for planning the development of the PM system.
• Analyze and measure the quality of service and evaluating decision-making to solve problems to improve and develop about work efficiency and machinery.
• Manage and control the budget of maintenance work and project.
• Analyze and assess the potential of energy management work in the building to meet the specified goals.
• Supervise and control the project to meet the specified goals such as project duration, budget, as well as access and analyze the results of the project.
• Assessment of work with risks related to both the individual and the and machinery, in order to achieve the goals that are set.
• Able to check the form for permission to decorate.
• Coordinate with relevant government agencies to deliver reports.
• Training and knowledge about engineering work with chief maintenance technicians and maintenance technicians to develop work potential.
• Attend the Board of Directors meeting to clarify the details. according to the agenda related to the work in charge and follow up to achieve results according to the resolution of the meeting.
