- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations and processes.
- Implement ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) to support business operations.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, and internal teams to customize and configure ERP modules.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve system-related issues.
- Prepare system documentation, training manuals, and conduct user training sessions.
- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system enhancements.
- Continuously update knowledge of ERP trends, best practices, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ERP consulting or implementation.
- Solid understanding of key business processes such as sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, manufacturing, or HR.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with a specific ERP system is a strong advantage (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo).
- Willingness to travel to client sites if required.
- Good command of English is a plus.
