Basic Requirements

Full Time

3 - 10 Year

Bangkok (Nongkhaem)

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

20,000 - 40,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the registration of various documents with the BOI (Board of Investment).

• Have an understanding of import documentation through customs, including the import process, and verify import documents for machinery.

• Apply for approval of machinery lists (MML & BOM) for import rights under BOI.

• Prepare and report to BOI according to the date set by BOI (Online and Onsite).

• Communicate and coordinate with BOI and IC.

• Submit information through the Single Window system to apply for Work Permits & Visas for foreign experts.

• Start new project, Control max stock, Handle formulas (new, old, revise)

• Arrange customs clearance with shipping agents and logistics and import and export entry document

• Overseeing operations of transportation, trucks and other related matters and other logistics management

• Track the execution of BOI projects to ensure they meet the conditions and standards approved by BOI.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Thai nationality, age 28-40 years old

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least 3 years’ experience in BOI field or working experience with trading company

• Understand well of shipping processes

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Good command of English both written and spoken

• Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office
