- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาการเงิน บริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์ 2 - 3 ปี ด้านสินเชื่อ SME ในธุรกิจธนาคาร
- มีความรู้ด้านสินเชื่อ และผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆ ของธนาคาร
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- มีทักษะแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่องานขาย และมีใจรักงานบริการ
