- MBA or master’s degree in management, HROD, Science, Economics, Engineering, IT or Research fields, preferably a degree with substantial research component
- 2-5 years’ Experience in consulting business or in business research or research assistance in an academic institution or Management Consulting such as Organization / Project Evaluation or Business, Business Analysis, Strategic Planning, Business Plan, HR Consulting Project is a plus.
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft office and Analytic tools for Quantitative & Qualitative research
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with logical thinking
- Reliable and able to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Pleasant personality, well-organized
