Warehouse And Logistics Manager

Warehoust responsibilities :

• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the operation of warehouse.
• Handling discrepancies, Solving immediate problems.
• To take full responsibility to manage and control all of AS/RSwarehouse operation.
• To control operation to achieve customer's requirement and earn customer's satisfaction.
• To check result and follow up each item following KPI.
• To cooperate with other department, another branch and sub contractor for smooth work.
• Always seek for new method to reduce operation cost.
• To prepare monthly operation results and KPI, Making and review standard operation procedure.
• Other tasks assigned by report line.

Transportation responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage transportation, distribution, and delivery of goods and services.
• Manage the credit checking process and collection from customer from a delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, making adjustments as needed.
• Implement inventory management systems and proactively take action to maintain optimal stock levels across all locations.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an Assistant Manager role in inventory management, sales support, or operations.
• Experience with SAP/ERP, ASRS systems.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills, ensuring timely meeting follow-ups and inventory process management.
• Ability to control logistics expenses and oversee delivery and stock management.
• Excellent communication skills across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and evaluating employee performance.
• Ability to set goals, monitor team performance, and improve operational efficiency.
• Highly responsible, effective under pressure, and quick decision-making abilities.
• Enthusiastic about professional growth and continuous learning.
• Able to work at Omyai Sampran Nakornprathom / Work day Mon. - Sat. or Work every other Saturday.
