Responsibilities

Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

Overseeing marketing department such as Corporate Communication, Graphic & Design and Project Marketing for Residential.
Manage and organize marketing projects campaign from start to finish.
Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
Researching demand for our products and services.
Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
Identifying potential customers.
Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or other management roles , preferably in the real estate industry.
Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Proven ability to manage budgets.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
