Overall job: To design, lead, and execute communication strategies and employer branding initiatives that enhance internal understanding of HR programs, strengthen company culture, and position the organization as an employer of choice.
This role supports all three Talent Management pillars:
(1) Talent Development, (2) Talent Acquisition, and (3) Communication & Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
A. Communication & Change Support for Talent Management (40%)
Support Talent Development (TD)
- Communicate learning programs, leadership development, and career growth paths.
- Create content/materials for workshops, town halls, and transformation initiatives.
- Support IDP, HiPo, Successor communication tools and templates.
- Prepare communication for culture programs and engagement insights.
Support Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Strengthen employer branding to support hiring of critical roles.
- Develop recruitment campaigns, job ads, social media content, and candidate experience communications.
- Support campus recruitment, job fairs, and partnership branding.
Support Talent Management & HR Projects
- Develop communication plans for HR policies, organizational changes, and new processes.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all HR functions.
Employer Branding & External Communication (30%)
- Develop and maintain the company’s employer value proposition (EVP).
- Create storytelling content for LinkedIn, Facebook, job platforms, and internal channels.
- Build branding campaigns for engineers, technicians, and high-demand roles.
- Produce videos, posts, and success stories that highlight culture and achievements.
- Coordinate branding presence in university partnerships and community events.
Internal Communication & Engagement (20%)
- Manage internal communication channels—newsletter, LINE OA, intranet, digital boards.
- Lead messages for HR leadership, culture programs, recognition programs.
- Organize or support events: AD&D, team-building, onboarding day, HiPo programs.
- Gather communication feedback and propose improvement actions.
General Responsibilities (10%)
- Develop templates, documents, visuals, and guidelines for HR teams.
- Support data visualization for communication dashboards and engagement metrics.
- Ensure communication materials align with corporate tone, brand, and confidentiality standards.
