1. Drive Franchisee ""sales"" and monitoring of franchisee (60%)
- Frequently visit to build and maintain sales of franchisee store with at least 0,9 Mbt / month /store (Visit every week),
- Support franchise to add new customers in first 3 months for franchisee, which are key account, corporate, medium, and large size customers including participating in the bidding for large groups of customers.
- Introduce products and help franchisee to expand new categories, manage sale mix and GP in the optimal level and monitor fulfilment sales to store.
- Weekly consult with and influence franchisees to develop, update and execute operational plans including merchandising, and store operational infrastructure.
2. Local marketing initiative and other support (30%)
- Co planning with franchisee for local marketing campaign or any activities to support franchisee.
- Coordinate between internal and/or external marketing and merchandise team to work and create activities to ensure continuous sale improvement for franchisee.
- Tracking report of franchisee non store activities eg. line@, Direct sales visit, Call to customers etc.
3. Franchisee Business review and planning (10%)
- Continually monitoring and improving the overall performance of the franchise store activities and prepare weekly/monthly report to management team.
- Partner with franchisee to diagnose barriers which affect performance and assist with developing business plans to maximize im provement (operations, marketing, training, human resources, etc.)
- Prepare monthly presentation to discuss with franchisee and internal management team.
- Preparing action plans for incremental sale periodically .
- Assist to Head of function in developing sales plan and sales strategy for franchisee to ensure achievement of company revenue and profitability targets.
