• Lead and implement financial directions and strategies to accounting operations including cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, cash flow management.
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Prepare management reports with analyses from insights gained from various departments to support management’s decision making.
• Identify financial status by tracking, comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Provide business partnership to key internal stakeholders to improve financial status and budget controls.
• Participate in developing business processes and financial policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls as well as managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Increase productivity by developing automated tools, coordinating information requirements, improving ways of working, providing recommendations to resolve issues.
• Coordinate auditing processes, and support other financial operations of the organization as required.
