- Product Design Engineering Work Plan
- Receive goals and policies from the management to develop the annual work plan.
- Study relevant information and the structure of responsibilities to ensure feasibility of implementation.
-Define operational guidelines for product design, production feasibility assessment, and prototype testing.
- Propose R&D project plans to align with the defined work plans and policies.
- Monitor the progress of work to ensure alignment with the set plan.
-Track and evaluate performance according to customer requirements, and make necessary improvements.
- Systematically improve and develop organizational approaches to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Control operations to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with the set standards and plans.
- Define processes, systems, and procedures for product design to align with customer requirements and organizational policies.
- Monitor and control the quality of work to meet defined standards / evaluate issues.
