อู่เรือขุนสมุทร มารีน ชิปยาร์ด ให้บริการต่อเรือ ซ่อมเรือทุกประเภท ก่อตั้งภายใต้นิติบุคคล บริษัท ลันตาครูซ จำกัด มานานกว่า 15 ปี เพื่อรองรับ งานต่อเรือซ่อมเรือของบริษัทในเครือต่อมาในปี2562 ได้เปิดให้บริการอู่เรือ ในเชิงพานิชย์ ด้วยพื้นที่อู่ ประมาณ 50,000 ตรม. จากประสบการณ์ของ ผู้บริหาร ก่อนจะมาเป็นอู่เรือขุนสมุทร เราต่อเรือและเดินเรือมาไม่น้อยกว่า 50 ปี

Lanta Cruise, Co. LTD
was originally established in 2005 as an entity to build and fit the pontoon ferries for Songserm Tran Service Co., Ltd. The shipyard was unofficially called Khunsamut (Warrior of the Sea). Khunsamut Marine Shipyard became an official trade name for Lanta Cruise in 2020. It has been registered at the Department of Trade as a small to mid-sized shipyard that provides services for ship repair, re-fitting, engine maintenance to various type of marine vessels.
