• Oversee company incentives related to BOI and FBL regulations
• Maintain strategic relationships with government agencies (MOI, MOE, and local authorities) to align with relevant policies and regulatory updates
• Coordinate and manage business licensing processes with MOI and MOE
• Age 39 - 50 years old
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business administration, industrial management, economics, or a related field
• Strong of spoken, written, and read English. Able to report in English is an advantage
• Japanese communication skills are a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory licensing, BOI investment promotion applications, and coordination with government and automotive-related associations
• Expert knowledge in government relations, investment promotion policies, economics, and legal frameworks
• Have knowledge of industrial operations and energy regulations
• Good personality and experience in public communication
