Regional Campaigns & Brand Projects
 
- Plan, manage, and execute regional-level branding and community campaigns and activations (e.g. regional launches, esports/partnership tie-ins, tournaments, social campaigns, cross-country promotions). 
- Ensure smooth rollout of regional activities with local teams, including asset delivery, localization, and timelines. 
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all regional markets. 
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance at the regional level.
 
Work with Centralized Team
 
Coordinate with creative team and distribute campaign assets for regional use. 
Provide feedback to local teams to ensure assets fit regional culture, player preferences, and market needs. 
Manage timelines and workflows for regional asset delivery to local teams.
 
Local Team Alignment & Direction
 
- Provide branding guidelines, toolkits, and campaign briefs to local marketing teams. 
- Review local executions to ensure compliance with brand standards. 
- Support local markets with creative adaptations and best practices.
 
Brand Performance & Insights
 
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for stronger positioning. 
- Consolidate brand performance data across local markets and prepare regional reports.
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
- Partner with community, digital, and creative teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences. 
- Support sponsorships, collaborations, and events at the regional scale. 
- Ensure brand consistency across offline and online activations.
