1.Lead for zero harm across the operation by role modelling safe behavior, ensuring conditions are safe and taking leadership of the plant Safety Committee. Ensure there is holistic care for all employees, visitors, contractors and third parties by following set procedures and contributing to their development.
2.Ensure consumers and customers get the highest quality standards by following KORE standards and local food safety regulations. Deploy best practice improvements and ensure quality governance.
3.Make improvements that lead to improved sustainability performance in line with ThaiNamthip’s sustainability policy. These are centered on water, climate and packaging. Specifically take action to reduce water, energy and packaging waste.
4.Drive year on year improvement of efficiencies (including planned downtime), cost per case and labor productivity.
5.Develop capability at all levels in the plant hierarchy from technical skills to leadership capabilities to ensure that the focus is skill count rather than headcount. Lead a positive working environment as measured by employee engagement.
6.Lead by example and with integrity as a company representative when engaging with varied external stakeholders.
7.Deploy the BumRung maintenance model to drive a reduction in unplanned stops and unplanned downtime. Refine the planning and execution through continually coaching for improvement and curiosity.
8.Support the central engineering team by deploying the right standards and equipment installations that support ThaiNamthip’s masterplan.
9.Lead the local execution of the LERT tools to structure the improvement journey for the plant
