Key Responsibilities:
1. HRD (Human Resources Development):
• Job Descriptions: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, ensuring they are current and aligned with the organization's evolving needs.
• Competency Development: Support the development and implementation of competency frameworks. Identify key competencies needed for various roles and help create development plans to enhance these skills.
• Training & Development: Organize and run internal and external training programs that help our people grow. Track training success and ensure everything runs smoothly. Keep training records organized and ensure we're following all the rules.
2. Boosting Employee Engagement:
• Plan and execute engaging employee programs and company events, including team-building activities, staff party, and CSR initiatives, to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
• Input is valued! Gather feedback to make our engagement activities even better.
3. Shining as an Event Host:
• Be the MC extraordinaire at company events, training sessions, and engagement activities.
• Confidently lead discussions and presentations, whether it's a big meeting or a casual get-together.
• Help organize company-wide events, like town halls and celebrations.
