Job Responsibility
1. Oversea Procurement & Order Processing
- Source and evaluate overseas suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets while negotiating pricing, payment, and delivery terms.
- Prepare purchase documents and manage imports, including customs clearance, claims, and compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. The Custom Clearance, Logistic Agency) to ensure accuracy and seamless procurement.
2. Supplier Relationship Management
- Maintain strong partnerships with existing vendors while constantly sourcing new suppliers for new opportunities.
- Evaluate suppliers performance, address issues, and resolve concerns such as quality or delivery delays.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
3.Documentations and Reporting
- Maintain and update records of suppliers, product information, certificates, and guarantee documents systematically and up to date.
- Translate documents related to the purchasing between Chinese-Thai or English-Thai as necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Monday - Friday 8.00 - 17.00
Saturday 8.00 - 12.00
