• Handle customer inquiries via LINE, phone, and social media in both Thai and English with a professional tone
• Present products through short videos/photos and deliver clear, compelling selling points
• Perform basic sales analysis using Excel/Google Sheets
• Coordinate seamlessly with stock, packing, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure smooth order flow
• Record customer information and order details accurately and on time
• Provide polite, calm, solution-oriented customer service while maintaining a proactive sales mindset
• Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates welcome if skills match)
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English (fast, accurate reading & typing)
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with structured data-handling skills
• Friendly personality, service-minded, able to work under pressure and tight timelines
• Results-driven, motivated, and eager to generate sales for the company
• Able to shoot/edit short-form content (mobile, mirrorless, or action camera)
