1. Maintain Quality Stablilization of Products which reflect from Electronics and Mechatronics parts.
2. Execution of Initial Analysis of Quality issues from Electronics and Mechatronics parts.
3. Conduct Root Cause Analysis to solve quality issues from Electronics and Mechatronics parts and
implement solutions to reduce the defect rate.
4. Coordination and Collaboration Work with Oversea Bases for Quality Improvement and New Model Preparation.
5. Execute of maintenance on Testing Equipment.
- New graduates are welcome or Extensive hands-on experience working with PCB/PCBA or Electronics parts Manufacturing.
- Proven strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills for PCB/PCBA and electronics parts.
- Strong foundational knowledge in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Excellent Logical thinking, communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive attitude toward learning and improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Power platform knowledge is optional consideration.
- Good command in English.
