• Customer Transaction Support
Coordinate and facilitate day-to-day trading activities for international clients, including processing purchase orders, responding to client inquiries, and guiding them through trading procedures.
• Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as contracts, invoices, withdrawal forms, and other supporting documentation required for seamless international transactions.
• Sales Performance Reporting
Generate and analyze daily, monthly, and annual trading reports. Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
• Risk Monitoring & Client Advisory
Closely monitor client trading accounts and positions to identify risks, prevent potential losses, and provide proactive risk management advice to both clients and internal teams.
• Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients throughout the sales process—from onboarding and contract negotiation to platform training and post-sale support—to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
• Market Intelligence & Opportunity Analysis
Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, business opportunities, and untapped potential in target international markets, particularly in the CLMV region (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam).
• Business Development & Expansion
Proactively identify and engage potential clients, develop new market segments, and expand the company’s international customer base to drive sustainable growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
Liaise with internal teams—including Marketing, Risk & Operations, and Legal—to ensure smooth execution of international sales activities and alignment with corporate strategy.
• Industry & Regulatory Tracking
Stay current with international trade regulations, compliance standards, and gold industry developments to ensure the company operates with best-in-class practices.
• Additional Assignments
Undertake other related tasks and projects as assigned by management to support strategic initiatives and company objectives.
