Recruitment & Training Officer

- Liaise with various departments to schedule an interview.
- Orientation for new employees; about Company profile, Rules and Regulations of the Company.
- Develop strategies, improve work processes in accordance with the company's policies and ISO9001 & ISO45001.
- Prepare and record employee data such as employment contracts, new employee documents, probationary evaluations, performance appraisals, etc.
- Prepare staff development plans and organize training courses according to company direction.
- Support or Arrange staff training both in-house and public training.
- Liaise with various institutes or Trainers for staff training to customize/design training courses and schedule training dates.
- Submit staff training and related documents to DSD.
- Take care of HR updates, staff information, and HR report.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other related fields.
- Male / Female age 27 - 35.
- At least 3 years of recruiting and training experience.
- Experience or understanding in the Construction business is a plus.
- Good knowledge and understanding of HR system work, Labor law.
- Good basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Focused on teamwork and flexibility, witty, and communication skills, and solving problems very well.
- Communicate both writing and speaking English or Japanese well. (Toeic 550 up is an advantage).
