หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Accelerate Project Delivery: lead execution using agile methods to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget.
Maximize Cost & Resource Efficiency: apply value engineering to optimize labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
Embed Smart Construction Tools: integrate BIM, AI, IoT and real-time tracking into site operations to improve decisions and oversight.
Strengthen Risk & Contingency Planning: anticipate delays, labor shortages, and compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Enforce Safety & Compliance: drive site discipline and implementing rigorous safety protocols to reduce incidents.
Algin Cross-Functional Stakeholders: coordinate across design, engineering, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
Adopt Innovative Construction Methods: champion new techniques like modular construction and automation.
Build Future Construction Leaders: develop capable site managers and supervisors through training and mentorship.
Promote Ethical Conduct & Integrity: ensure ethical decision-making, transparency, and integrity across site operations and contractor engagements.

คุณสมบัติ

Thai nationality, Male/Female.
Age 45-55 years old.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineer.
Experiences in a construction company or project engineer more than 10 years.
Experience in construct a factory, large building or warehouse.
Professional Engineer License : Level 1 or Level 2.
Able to work upcountry in both eastern and northern areas.
Good communication in English & Chinese both writing and speaking.
Knowledge ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
