หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

- Document controllers manage the intake, handling, and storage of documentation following ISO standards.

- Distribute related information to all employees and external parties.

- Manage and check documents align with the ISO system and internal audit report.

- Updating and maintaining document management systems and records.

- Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance.

- Controlling the flow of documents in/out of the department.

- Coordinate with other departments on the related issues.

คุณสมบัติ

- Male/Female

- Age 25-35 years.

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- 1 year of experience and knowledge of ISO systems : ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001.

- Experience in the construction and architecture business at least 3 years.

- Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks, and teamwork.

- Detail-focused document organizing abilities.

- Certificate ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 : Requirement and Internal Auditor.

- Good Communication in English. (or have TOEIC scored 550 up)

- Able to go up-country sometime.
