Job Responsibilities
- Provide project information, introduce property details, and serve as a real estate consultant for customers.
- Promote and support project marketing through online platforms, including collaboration with micro influencers.
- Drive sales and transfer performance to achieve the company’s targets.
- Achieve continuous sales and transfer results in accordance with assigned KPIs.
- Welcome customers following the company’s sales process, provide professional consultation, and clearly explain project details.
- Close sales deals and prepare booking documents as well as related contracts.
- Analyze customer segments, maintain and update customer databases, and manage assigned customer portfolios.
- Ensure the overall readiness of the project for customer visits, including the sales office, show units, and all common areas.
- Update and report project sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Work 6 days per week (1 weekday off).

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Able to work 6 days per week.
- Flexible and able to work off-site for marketing or sales booth activities.
- Positive attitude, passionate about sales, and interested in real estate — particularly low-rise housing and condominium projects.
- 1–2 years of experience in housing or real estate sales will be an advantage. Good communication skills in English.
- Additional language proficiency (third language) will be considered an advantage.
- No experience required — fresh graduates or candidates without sales experience are welcome.
