• Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards, including pricing policies, contract terms, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, preferably in the lubricant industry or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of lubricant products, applications, and industry trends is highly beneficial.
